Minsky’s is your Cinco de Mayo celebration HQ all month long with Minsky’s all-new gourmet Chorizo Tostada Pizza! This culinary treat starts with a special cornmeal dough crust spread with a Tajín-seasoned refried bean sauce. Next up, the pizza is topped with turkey chorizo, Jack cheese, and Cotija cheese. After a trip through Minsky’s oven, this South of the Border masterpiece is topped with crisp shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions, and comes with a side of salsa. For a small additional charge, take this Gourmet creation to the next level with a side of sour cream or diced avocado! Cornmeal crust is available in original and thin crusts.
Strawberry Margarita
Thirsty for more? Quench your thirst with a refreshing Jarritos Soda in a variety of flavors or, chill out with Minsky’s New Frozen Margaritas made with locally imported Una Familia Tequila! Frozen Margaritas come in multiple flavors (varies by location) with a spicy Tajín rim. Available in two sizes: 12 oz. rocks glass or 18 oz. margarita goblet!
Cinnamon Churro Cheescake
