The Minsky’s + Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Gourmet Pizza Returns on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th!
Back by Popular Demand – for a Limited Time Only – Minsky’s Pizza Teams up with Joe’s KC BBQ to release the wildly popular Minsky’s + Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Gourmet Pizza this Memorial Day. Two Kansas City greats, one delicious pizza!
Starting Memorial Day Monday, May 25, 2020, the Minsky’s + Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Gourmet Pizza is back for a limited time only. This Gourmet pizza delight starts with your favorite Minsky’s crust – sprinkled with Joe’s world-famous French Fry Seasoning – and then is further flavored up with Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce. We add 100% real Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese and top it all off with a mix of Joe’s Kansas City slow-smoked Brisket, tender Pulled Pork and tender Burnt Ends. (We even added a side of pickles!) It doesn’t get more Kansas City than this!
The Minsky’s Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Pizza is available at Minsky’s Pizza on a weekly basis, Mondays through Wednesdays until supplies run out. This deluxe pizza is available in large sizes only, on either Minsky’s Original or Cauliflower crust. Orders will be accepted for curbside pick-up or delivery service via dial-in or through Minsky’s Online Ordering beginning Monday, May 25 for a limited time only at all 18 Kansas City metro area and Lawrence Minsky’s locations. The pizza will also be available at select Minsky’s stores for Dine-In as they reopen with limited table service (following state, county and city guidelines).
As you may remember, it all started on social media a year ago – a bit of mutual admiration between two of Kansas City’s most delicious eateries: Minsky’s Pizza and Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que. It was clear that a Minsky’s+Joe’s mashup was something fans across the city wanted to become a reality. So we said, “Let’s do it!”
