Celia has been a Minsky’s fan since moving back to Kansas City in 1998, with her favorite location being Prairie Village. “I have five kids, and I would take them here when they were really little, and they used to have these big booths in the front and we would let them run up and down the sidewalk and watch them from the window.” Celia noted. “We love drawing on the paper tablecloths they have – we used to play hangman.” Celia’s favorite pizza is the Nature’s Choice on our newer Cauliflower Crust – which is great since she is no longer gluten tolerant. “I love it – it’s great pizza!”
When Celia found out she was a winner of the ultimate VIP Arrowhead experience she said, “I thought it was a hoax – I never win anything! I never get to go to Chiefs games – I’m a single Mom with five kids, and I’m so excited that I get to go!” said Laurie. Celia works for Sprint in marketing research.
Not only did Celia win the ultimate VIP Arrowhead experience, but so did her Minsky’s server, Alex! As Celia’s server the day she entered the contest, Alex Freeman and a companion will also get to attend a Chiefs game this season – on the house!
